1 Day educational paddle trip at Jefferson City

Sign up for a free 1-day guided educational paddle of 14 miles of the Missouri River with Stream Teams United and educators from Earth's Classroom.   Stream Teams United is offering this guided paddling opportunity for people who are 1st time paddlers of the Missouri River.  We will be accompanied by lead educators from Earth’s Classroom and a motorized safety boat.  Participants will receive a fuel card for travel to the event and a free lunch during the event. Participants will be paired with an experienced paddler or ride in a guided multi-person canoe.  Join us to explore 14 miles of the Missouri River by canoe.  We will meet at Noren Access in Jefferson City and shuttle 25 minutes to Marion Access west of Jefferson City. The paddle will bring us back to Noren Access, where vehicles are parked.  Meet at 9:15 AM in Jefferson City for a 9:30 AM shuttle to our starting point.  Details will be provided to participants. The paddle is expected to conclude by 3:30 PM that day.

Thursday May 21 - 1 Day Paddle


Join us for a free 1-Day paddle on Thursday, May 21, 2026, exploring 14 miles of the Missouri River near Jefferson City. Participants will receive a fuel card for travel to the event and a free lunch.  All needed supplies including canoe, lifejacket, and paddle is provided.
