Station Sponsorship and Hosting
I agree to sponsor and host a Micro-Chip Check Station at my business location. I agree to donate $600 to HSNMB to cover the materials for the station. I agree to provide HSNMB with a logo to be printed on the station signage. I agree to check the station weekly to ensure that the micro-chip scanner is in proper working condition and to notify HSNMB immediately if the scanner is not functioning. I agree to ensure that the Micro-Chip Check Station is accessible to the public 24/7.
