The Read The Word 2026 Campaign is a Scripture-centered discipleship journey focused on Prayer and the Word, designed to help individuals and communities grow as disciples of Christ. This campaign invites everyone to develop a consistent habit of reading God’s Word while learning how to study, understand, and apply Scripture in daily life. In 2026, Read The Word is going to the community. We are intentionally taking this journey beyond ourselves, walking into communities that desire to read the Word and helping them get started.
Through teaching, encouragement, and example, we aim to empower people to read the Word for themselves and grow in obedience to Christ.
Participants will read through the New Testament using the 5x5x5 Discipleship Framework:
5 minutes a day
5 days a week
5 ways to go deeper
This simple approach helps establish consistency while creating space for reflection, prayer, and spiritual growth.
Participants are encouraged to read personally, ask God for clarity and understanding, and engage the Word with intention.
The 5 Ways to Go Deeper include reflection, journaling, thoughtful questions, identifying the main idea of each passage, and responding in obedience to what God is saying.
The campaign meets every Thursday at 7:00 PM (virtual), beginning with a Welcome & Introduction on January 1, 2026. Participants may join anytime and from anywhere, individually, as a group, or within a community.
