About Olivia Johnson, Board Secretary

Olivia Johnson is a strategic program manager, facilitator, and community advocate based in San Antonio, Texas. She currently serves with the City of San Antonio, where she supports enterprise initiatives through program coordination, organizational change management, and cross-department collaboration. Her work focuses on aligning people, processes, and strategy to help organizations implement complex initiatives effectively while improving operational outcomes. 

As a Results-Based Facilitator, Olivia is skilled at bringing diverse stakeholders together to translate strategic priorities into measurable action.

Olivia is deeply committed to civic engagement and leadership development. She serves on the Affirmative Action Advisory Committee, contributing to initiatives that promote equity and inclusive practices within local government. She is also an active member of the Wiley University Alumni Committee, supporting alumni engagement and initiatives that strengthen the university community. In addition, Olivia serves on the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commission Youth Committee, where she helps advance programs that empower young leaders, and she is a member of the Black African American Employee Group (BAAEAG) Committee, supporting professional development, mentorship, and community outreach.

Outside of her professional and civic commitments, Olivia enjoys participating in community initiatives, attending cultural arts events, spending quality time with family and friends, and traveling. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her dog, Bella, and her cat, Jacob. Olivia remains passionate about service, leadership, and creating opportunities that strengthen communities.
