About Education Registration Fall 2025
Welcome to TVCT's Education Registration!
PROGRAM LEVELS
Our programs are repeatable multiple times! Repetition is key to transitioning any skill from the conscious to the subconscious - freeing up mental resources to learn new skills and concepts. Our teachers regularly change scripts and activities to ensure students stay engaged while they polish their skill sets. The scale below is in general, please ask your student’s instructor for a next-step recommendation.
B = Beginner (0-2 years training)
I = Intermediate (2+ years training with some performance experience)
A = Advanced (multiple years of training with multiple performance experiences)
E = Everyone (all experience levels welcome)

IMPORTANT INFO
Our paperwork requirements have been updated as of March 30, 2023. Every student registering for our programs, regardless of participation prior to this date needs to complete our Student Enrollment Packet.
PAYMENT
Full payment is appreciated upon registration. Fees include all materials and a $25 non-refundable administration fee. When you are ready to register for this program you will be asked if you would like to cover the online processing fee. Every penny we save on processing fees is directed to our scholarship fund. Currently, 25% of TVCT students receive a partial or full scholarship. By assuming responsibility for the fee, you help us empower more children to change the world.
SIBLING DISCOUNTS
Families with multiple members enrolled as students in the same transaction are eligible for our sibling discounts. These discounts can be accessed by entering one of the following codes at checkout:
Families with 2 different students enrolled at the same time receive 10% off registration with code: MULTI1
No student is ever turned away due to an inability to pay. If you are in need of a scholarship or payment plan, please call 208-287-TVCT (8828) or email allison@treasurevalleychildrenstheater.com to discuss arrangements.
REFUNDS
*All refunds must be requested in writing.
*For cancellation requests made before the first day of training, registration fees minus online processing fees, retail cost of bonuses/materials already received, and the $25 non-refundable administration fee will be refunded.
*Full refunds will only be issued in the event that we cancel a program and no bonuses/materials have been received.
*No refunds will be granted for any cancellation made on or after the first day of the program.
*No refunds will be made if the student does not attend, is asked to leave due to behavior, or leaves early for any other reason.
*No refunds will be granted for programs converted to an online class model after the first day of class due to local health recommendations.
ADDITIONAL INFO
*Education program maximums are kept low to ensure maximum student engagement.
*Programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
*Pictures and recordings of TVCT programs may be made for internal purposes and final performances may be recorded to share with families when a live performance cannot be held due to safety or space concerns. Occasionally, these recordings and pictures are used publicly for the promotion of our programs. If you are concerned about the public use of your child's image please complete a Media Opt-Out form.
The safety of our staff and students is of the utmost importance to TVCT and, while we value commitment and wish for our programs to run as scheduled, we reserve the right to make changes for safety reasons. In general, we follow local health and safety organization recommendations. We will always do our best to reschedule, relocate, or transition a class to an online platform whenever possible.
There are no refunds for students who elect to not participate due to changes made for safety reasons.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In general, TVCT follows the Boise school district for weather-related closures. You will be notified via email at least two hours prior to cancelation due to inclement weather. If canceled, classes will be rescheduled if possible. There are no refunds for students who choose to miss classes when held as scheduled (regardless of weather conditions), if they are unable to attend a canceled class as rescheduled, or if TVCT is unable to reschedule the class.
