We invite vendors to set up a table at the free clinic and connect directly with patients by sharing helpful resources. Our clinics serve individuals who may not have insurance, resources, or consistent access to medical, dental, and vision care. Vendors who can offer follow-up care information, health education, supplies, or other supportive resources are encouraged to participate! Please add a description in the Notes section to let us know what services or information you would like to provide. 

Space is limited - we will provide a table and two chairs for staff to use, as well as extension cords and power strips. Wi-Fi may not be available at these venues. We encourage vendors to provide materials in English and Spanish, if possible. 

Lunch is provided for vendors - please write in the Notes any food allergies or dietary requests we should be aware of!
