Volunteer Details:

• Arrival Time: 6:45–7:00 AM
• Event Time: 8:30–10:00 AM
• Clean-Up: 10:00–11:00 AM
• All volunteers will receive credit for 8 hours of service (certificates can be provided upon request).

Volunteer Roles Include:

• Decoration setup
• Hosting the sign-up table
• Hospitality: greeting, water distribution, assisting guests
• Assisting with ribbon break-through
• Taking photos
• Recording event video
• Interviewing participants for testimonials
• Creating and placing event signs
• Directing attendees
• Hosting the raffle
• Ensuring all attendees check in and sign up for the newsletter
