All Coaches and Team Administrators must have an IMPACT Sports identification (ID) card for the season. No other ID card version will be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS.

IMPACT Sports allows for each team to include up to two (2) caches and (1) Team Administrator on the official roster. The home team MUST provide a person to operate the clock, and the visiting team MUST provide a person to mark the scorebook. (Winter season only)

Please provide the information below in order to obtain an IMPACT Sports league ID badge. All ID badges will be produced and delivered to each organization's President or designee.
